Sunny Days by Adrian Gomez

Golf in Colorado is probably the most widely enjoyed outdoor activity for adults and youth in Pueblo, Colorado. Colorado has 300 days per year that have at least 1 hour of sunshine and over 100 days that are considered clear for most of the day! That means that Colorado is great for Golf almost all year round. Do yourself a favor and be ready for the demands of golf by staying in tip top golf shape.

Pueblo, Colorado now has a Golf Performance Physical Therapy program at Physical Therapy Connections. Max Madrid is the go-to golf performance coach. His background is a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA). His practical approach to movement in the body that applies to golf is direct and very helpful.

Don’t mess around with pain, injury, and weakness…get it checked right away and get back to the main focus of finishing your day on the course with your friends and enjoying the beautiful sunshine Colorado has to offer.

Imagine this – Sunshine, friends and family, a few refreshing beverages and NO PAIN! That is a great day on the course and a great start to your golf season. Check out some of his videos on our YouTube page and on our website blog.

Be sure to check out our complimentary workshop: “Golf Coaching For An Improved Swing” at Walking Stick Golf Course driving range from 9:00 am – 11:00 am on Tuesday, 4/23/2019.  Max Madrid will be showing you quick and easy techniques that you can do at home as well as on the green.   Call 719-565-6678 to RSVP, or visit https://pt-connections.com/6253-2/ to learn more.

PS – If you are a firefighter, police officer, military, or any kind of collision athlete you should be getting out on the golf course too. Staying active and doing other types of exercise can keep you from overusing the same joints and muscles that you use during your normal duties. Besides the movement, it is a great social time to catch up with friends and can help reduce stress. So, get the golf clubs dusted off and grab your sunglasses. Get some sun, some exercise, social hour and smack that ball down the green.
