New demand for physical therapy

January 13, 2021 By adrian gomez

Have you noticed, new pains? Are you trying yoga? Riding your bike?

Going on hikes, or going to the gym more now?

Thanks to Covid-19 you may have NEW pains.

Not the type of body aches, and pains from being ill, but in the social distance realm of

Covid, if you are trying to stay fit, or even just trying to keep your sanity, then you probably took up new routines.

Like a lot of people, whether you are more sedentary or more active, Covid has had an impact on you.

What can physical therapy do for you now?

Is there a spike in demand for this specialty?

Great news, there are more options for physical therapy now than ever!

Virtual sessions, telephone sessions, YouTube education, and email are all relatively newer ways to get the help you need.

Nothing beats in person, hands on, and highly beneficial expertise. But in these times anything is better than nothing.

New issues are present. Shoulder stiffness, back pain, hip and knee pains.

People are doing things they have never done before, and it is hurting them.

All from newly acquired workouts or lack of workouts. We have had more variety with pains in the neck and stress related ailments too.

Muscle cramps, tight hamstrings and that extra pooch that forms from eating too much and not enough exercise.

We have seen everything you can imagine lately. And that is a good thing. That means we are able to do what we do best……treat you.

From Massage therapy, to gentle exercises, and hands on techniques that eliminate pain and discomfort, we are doing everything possible to

get people out of the covid pain and back to their normal life. Don’t take my word for it, read what our patients say about us.

Whether you are trying to add more exercise, or get rid of pain from too much exercise, we can help.

We have a team of movement specialists that are trained and highly motivated to get you back to a new and improved

version of yourself. Don’t wait too long though, we are getting people in quickly and getting people better fast.

Make sure to get on the schedule now, don’t let your issue get worse, it will cost you more money, more time and more resources to

fix it later if it gets worse. Take advantage of our services and get better now so you can keep doing the things you love.

We are open, safe and secure and doing what we do best! Improving Lives.
