Our wellness classes offer physical education, combined with exercise that will help you develop mobility, gain independence, and lose fat!
Classes are usually less than 10 people per class. The small group setting is helpful for proper instruction and safety.

Depending upon motivation and work ethic, you may experience these benefits in 4-6 weeks after attending classes.

Brandon Wiley, Stephanie Nolting, Michael Flores, Max Madrid, on occasion you may work with Adrian Gomez or Chad Clark.
How many people will be in my class?
Classes vary upon sizes. The range is between 2-10 students per class.
