Our wellness classes offer physical education, combined with exercise will help you develop mobility, strengthen your body, and lose fat!
Classes are usually less than 10 people per class. The small group setting is helpful for proper instruction and safety.

Move Better (Advanced)
Recommend for those already living an active lifestyle.
You will learn new workouts and routines while improving form and posture.
45 minute class.
Better Balance (Beginner)
Recommended to those just starting their workout routines
The focus is improving balance, social skills, joint mobility, and creating a positive environment.
45 minute class.
Chair Yoga (Beginners and Advanced)
Recommended for beginners or those interested in yoga.
Get all the benefits of yoga without having to get on the floor. Hosted by Samantha.
Occurs every 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month at 11:00 AM.

Who teaches these classes?
Adrian Gomez teaches the Move Better and Better Balance classes. Adrian is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) as well as a Tactical Strength and Conditioning Facilitator (TSAC-F). Learn more about Adrian here.
Chair Yoga is taught by Samantha Goeke and Samantha Brown. Certified yoga teachers that have paired up and created a chair yoga program that is calming yet challenging.
How many people will be in my class?
Classes vary upon sizes. The range is between 1-10 students per class.
