Body movement is essential for most daily chores and activities. Sometimes our muscles get tight over the years and we can’t move as well. We lose our balance, agility, speed, strength, etc. When we lose those things our risk for falling or getting injured increases. At Physical Therapy Connections we offer a fitness class that helps keep you moving well. Our instructor, Adrian, incorporate exercises that allow your body to do its’ daily activities with less pain. He does directional lunges, arms extensions, monster walks, squats, and so much more. These exercises help to increase knee and hip stability, improve balance, reduce risk of falling, increase strength, and so much more.
These classes can also help improve flexibility and mobility in a safe and comfortable environment. Our staff is professional and knowledgeable in the exercises and stretches that are being done during class. If you have any questions, concerns, or need modifications they are there to assist you.
