JUMP is our School Challenge. Email Adrian@PT-Connections.com to have our professionals come to your school and test your student athletes.
The challenge is offered to all Pueblo and surrounding areas schools, we record the jump results of all kids that participate so that kids can track their progress from year to year after they start the challenge.
The objective is for school aged children to be able to go further than their height while performing a standing broad jump.
Example: Johnny is 4’8″ in height, from a standing position Johnny should be able to jump further than 4’8″ horizontally jumping forward. (Standing Broad Jump)
This is a good measure that Johnny is progressing well in terms of overall strength, and power.
