Body Measurements

Body measurements are performed using medical grade equipment. The ultrasound measurement is coupled with a software that visually demonstrates your results and keeps record of it to show changes in your body composition as you implement different training methods or nutritional intervention. You can access your old body measurements to compare your before and after results. This is a great feature especially when their are drastic changes made in your body composition. Your profile is completely confidential and you and your coach will be the only ones with access.

What you can expect during your visits:

Initial Evaluation – Measurement and Consultation

Follow ups – re-measurement and modification to previous consultation

*Remember to wear shorts and a tank top*

Who is this for:

             Fitness Models and Body-Building Competitors

Athletes- in season or off season

Weight loss- if you’re looking to loose fat and if you are motivated

Anybody- if you are curious about your current body composition

Which areas are tested:

Bicep (front of upper arm), Triceps (back of upper arm), Chest, Upper                      back,  Lower back, Waist, Hip, Thigh (front of upper leg), and Calf (back                   of lower leg).

Most people lose 1-5% body fat in as little as 6 weeks. That usually equals 12-25 lbs, depending upon your level of motivation.

Track your composition today, and learn what you can do to improve your muscle and get rid of fat.
