Anything below shows pain, injury, or dysfunction.
This group has an arsenal of methods for eliminating pain and dysfunction. A dedicated team of PT’s, and Strength and Conditioning Specialists who are well educated on the 3 systems of the body and how they work together.
1. Muscular
2 Skeletal
3. Nervous
Together this is the neuromusculoskeletal system. Although there are many methods for training the average athlete; HIIT, Crossfit, P90X, Olympic weightlifting, resistance training, endurance training, etc. there is a set of principles for this system that allows improvements in a safe and effective manner that will elevate the level of an average athlete to become top notch.
