Try this frozen shoulder treatment
One treatment you can try to help a frozen shoulder:
- Stand against a wall and raise your bad arm over your head as high as it goes.
- Mark that spot on the wall by using tape or have someone mark it for you.
- Now, take your good side and reach over your head as high and as far back as it can go.
- Then, Hold it up there and continue to reach for 20 seconds.
- Rest and repeat one more time.
- After that, go back and check how high your can raise your “bad” shoulder. If it goes higher, great!
- If your shoulder gets worse, then treat your good side one more time.
- Go back again and check your “bad” side and if it still gets worse, then stop.
Sometimes the frozen shoulder is too painful or stiff to move, which is why this exercise worked on the good shoulder to help the frozen shoulder. There are other connecting joints and areas of the body that could also be contributing to your frozen shoulder symptoms. It is important to try other movements and also to work other joints to release the frozen shoulder or lessen the symptoms.
