Adrian Gomez, CSCS and marketing director of Physical Therapy Connections, P.C. went to Summit Brick Company in March 2021 and presented to the staff for a dynamic educational approach to proper lifting technique, longevity, and recovery. In the future we will tour the plant, do an ergonomic analysis of the plant and the common movements necessary for the job duties and we will recommend specific tips to help continue the approach to decreasing injury risk.
