Physical Therapy Connections’ Owner and Physical Therapist, Chad Clark attended and completed Functional Movement Screen seminar Level 1 and Level 2 on September 18th, 19th, and 20th. Chad also took the test and passed for certification on September 22, 2014. The seminar was held in Denver, CO at the Denver Convention Center and was hosted by FMS (Functional Movement Systems).
