Congratulations to Adrian Gomez, CSCS as of May 2014 is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the NSCA (National Strength and Conditioning Association). Adrian is a graduate of Colorado State University – Pueblo where he earned a degree in Exercise Science and Health Promotion. Since graduating in 2012, Adrian has been employed with Physical Therapy Connections, P.C. as a Wellness Specialist. Adrian enjoys helping patients make positive changes to improve their health and overall lifestyle. Adrian believes that using systems to evaluate, modify, and improve your health is a continuous cycle necessary to reach improved health.
