Physical Therapy Connections, PC is celebrating 8 years in Physical Therapy Private Practice!
Chad Clark, MSPT, CSCS began the private practice in January of 2005, some of you may know the company as Sports Performance and Rehab inside of the Pueblo Athletic Club.
In 2005 Physical Therapy Connections, PC (PTC) was a one man operation. Chad Clark, MSPT, CSCS was seeing patients, doing the scheduling, billing, much more all on his own.
But over the past 8 years Physical Therapy Connections, PC has grown. PTC now has 6 staff members, who have continued the path that Chad has started, to better the care for outpatient physical therapy patients.
All employees have continued to take Revolutionary training courses to better serve our clients and patients. Here is a short biography of each of our staff. We would love for you to get to know all of us!
Chad Clark MSPT, CSCS
Chad is the owner of Physical Therapy Connections, PC. He has devoted his time to finding and implementing the safest and fastest ways to help patients recover from pain and injuries. Chad also implements injury prevention, which is very important to stay healthier longer. Along with rehabilitation and prevention, Chad enjoys helping healthy patients reach optimal functional ability. This sort of treatment/approach takes a patient/athlete to the next level in performance.
When Chad is not hard at work he enjoys spending time with his two children and his wife. He also enjoys the outdoors, exercise, and reading.
Bryce Clark, Patient Representative/ Billing
Bryce is our billing expert and patient representative. He has been handling billing and taking care of patients since 2008. Patients get a personal representative that goes above and beyond to make sure the patient gets scheduled within 24 hours.
When Bryce is away from the desk he enjoys cooking, short exercises and finding new ways to enjoy every day.
Adrian Gomez, Health Promotion/Wellness
Adrian is in charge of a whole new task for Physical Therapy Connections, PC; a wellness program that enables patients/ clients to learn about themselves and take the initiative to a healthier and better quality of life. The wellness program includes body composition testing, health education, exercise, nutritional facts, and much more!
Adrian enjoys spending time with his family in the great outdoors.
Max Madrid, PTA
Max is a licensed, full-time Physical Therapist Assistant. Max has 12 years of experience with a focus in pediatrics and amputees. Max can assist patients in a variety of settings and he enjoys the process of helping patients improve their quality of life.
Max enjoys Golfing, Bicycling, Fly Tying/Fishing and Art/Music.
Stephanie McEvoy, DPT
Stephanie holds a DPT which is a post-baccalaureate 3 year degree in a professional Physical Therapy doctoral program. She really enjoys working one on one with patients and utilizing her skills to help patient’s relieve pain in order to get back to a normal life.
Stephanie enjoys bowling, volleyball, family and friends.
Toni Salazar, Patient Representative
Toni utilizes revolutionary techniques and skills so that she can schedule our patients/clients within 24 hours and get them started on a path to a safe and pain free treatment which will get them back to life and all that it requires.
Toni enjoys spending time with her husband and her family whenever she can.
