Why Your Shoulder Pain Isn’t Getting Better: Unlock Your Shoulder’s Potential
Only read this if your shoulder pain interferes with your daily routine, hobbies, sports, activities with the family, or work – Especially if your pain isn’t getting better. If this isn’t you, then feel free to disregard this message and I hope you enjoy the rest of your day. What I am writing to tell you may not necessarily cure your shoulder pain, but it will at least set you in the right direction to start healing yourself. When you get down to it, most people don’t care too much about the pain itself (please don’t beat me up for saying this – read on so I can explain). From my experience, what really bothers people is that their pain limits them from doing the things they used to like to do. Surely, the pain is part of the problem and I would love to wave a magic wand and heal your shoulder. However, if you learn or take home just one thing from these videos that not only decreases your pain, but also helps you get back to enjoying those certain aspects of your life, then what do you have to lose? That’s truly what this program is all about. My main goal is to help you get back to doing what you love to do, whether that be playing with your kids, picking up and interacting with your grandkids, fishing, or even playing golf.
This program that I have made for you is a self-help video series to fix or alleviate your shoulder pain. If anything, I hope to provide you with the knowledge to empower you to start healing yourself.
I don’t ever make guarantees, but I can almost guarantee that after watching these videos you will learn something (a skill, an exercise, a pearl of knowledge) to help you feel better or move more easily. I have so much information to share with you and there is undoubtedly something that I will teach you that you have never heard of or tried before. What I will share with you in this video series includes: an understanding of your shoulder and possible causes of your pain, Do’s and Don’ts of putting your body in a good healing environment, how to try and avoid surgical or invasive treatment options, posture training (not the typical kind of training you have heard of), a few key exercises to help get you moving better, self-help tips, nutrition for promoting tissue healing, and what do if your pain still isn’t getting better.
