Social Sweat: This class is geared for people who want to improve their body composition. This class has a very casual atmosphere and interacting is done almost as much as exercise! This class focuses on trimming fat from your midsection, rebuilding your shoulders and hips and reshaping your body by targeting fat burning techniques and muscle building at a beginner or intermediate level.
