What: Breathing can be directed to help energize you, calm you, get you in and out of a pose safely, and can assist you with self awareness. Shallow breathing is something that we often see in our clinic, and this can in turn cause alarming health issues. We want to show you how different types of yogic breathing can be used to improve overall health and mental clarity.
