1. Measure your height and mark the distance, perform a broad jump to see how you measure compared to your height.
If you cannot do a broad jump equal to your height, you should get a consultation or be a VIP to find out how to do that better.
2. Measure your foot length and multpily that distance by 2, then mark that distance from the wall and perform a balance leg reach.
If you cannot do that you should get that checked out in a consultation and be a VIP guest.
