Sam Squared Yoga Schedule

This schedule will repeat every week excluding the chair yoga class.

Drop in Rate - $15
 5 Visit Pass -$70
10 Visit Pass - $120
Unlimited Monthly Pass - $95

Chair Yoga is a great starting point if you are new to yoga.  You will be learning the basics of linking breath to postures and poses.  Some poses may be standing with the assistance of a chair, but modifications will be offered if any pose is too difficult or ever becomes painful.

Asana Practice is when we instruct you how to properly get in and out of different poses properly.  Modifications will be offered for those who may be unable to get in and out of the posture safely.

Vinyasa Practice is when you flow in and out of different poses linking breath dynamically.  For some, this is more challenging than Asana.  Modifications will also be offered in this class.

Monday - 7:00-8:00 pm Level 1 Asana (KIDS WELCOME!!) with Samantha Brown

Tuesday - 6:30-7:30 am Level 1 Asana with Samantha Brown

Wednesday - 11:00-11:45 am Chair yoga (rotating instructors) **Every other Wednesday starting 1/9/19**

                          7:00 - 8:00 pm level 1-2 Asana with Samantha B. and Samantha G.

Thursday - 6:30 - 7:30 am Level 1 Asana with Samantha Goeke

Friday - 6:00 - 7:00 pm Level 1 Asana with Samantha Goeke
